About Anastasia Savage Ealy
ARTIST BIO Anastasia Ealy has been a New Mexico artist since 1984. She was raised with the love of the Rocky Mountain west, ranching, horses, farm animals, gardening and mountains. Many summer times were spent on the Nebraska family ranch. Her mother was a Creole from New Orleans, Louisiana, of original French and Portuguese,Spanish,Sephardi-Jew, early 1700's Colonial ancestry. This Spanish heritage, and having lived and painted in Calpe, Spain during the 1970's also gives Anastasia a strong affinity to Northern New Mexico.Colonial heritage, and love for it people and landscapes. Hi Allen, I am Blessed by your comment. Thank you for sharing your feelings. Life and Love is about relationships and sharing with caring! This was the most golden glow that I have ever seen blessing our valley, and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains! This was not shot through any yellow filter or tweaked digitally in any way--And the camera still did not do it justice! The Holy Spirit had be there with the camera, with its batteries charged to shoot these sequences--The air was sparkling gold, and the rainbow was almost touching down in our hay pasture! I love the picture with the gold sunset that is attached to you!
