Artist's Description
Another fun illustration for my up-coming book, 'Treasures of the Caucasus.' Page 27, in chapter 2: Through two thickly wooded hills he passed, then paused as a faint sound of motion in the brambles caught his attention. Instinctively, he knelt in the snow and crouched. The Spirits words flooded Sarkiss mind and stilled his hand. His peoples legends told of magical qualities of the white deer. Blessings came to people who let them live.
